Manpower Recruitment and Placement Process
Based on the client's demand, we handle the entire manpower
recruitment and placement process. We submit the client's paper work to
the Myanmar Department of labor , Ministry of Labor , discuss, negotiate
and enter into agreement with the labor authority on behalf of the
client.
Under the supervision of the Department of Labor, we recruit the
required qualified workers ( also pick up from our extensive manpower
pool), handle their official occupational specialty testing by the labor
authorities ( especially for those of technicians and semi- skilled
workers), medical check-ups (according to the clients' requirements
),passport process for the workers (under the auspices of the Ministries
of Labor and Home Affairs), visa process and all the travel arrangements
and the departure formalities.
Before worker's departure, we provide normally 3 to 4 weeks training and
education courses, including the briefings and orientation , with
transparency.
All the manpower recruitment and processing activities are carried out
in strict compliance with the Myanmar Department of Labor rules and
regulations and in accordance with the requirements of the employer or
the employing organization.
